A Woman of No Importance was an acoustic indie-pop band from Newcastle and Durham in the North East of England. The band embraces pop sensibilities but has a strong DIY ethic and a love for odd instruments and lush string arrangements.

After parting ways in 2007 there’s very little information on them still available online today, but they do have a Facebook page.
